The atmosphere of the oldest bar in Nova Gorica, which already opened in 1918, as a post office which offered accommodation and refreshments on the main street right next to the railway station. Today, Madonca offers freshly prepared food with an emphasis on local producers. Meat and mozzarella from the Vipava Valley, Tolmin cheese and seasonal local vegetables. We offer modern, heartily composed and tasty plates and a selection of home-made desserts. You can also enjoy it with aromatic Lavazza coffee.
